Xythos on Demand also supports advanced meta data formats so that you can add more specific descriptions about what's inside your scanned documents.
Using Your Consildated Document Library
Once you've transfered your electronic and physical documents to Xythos on Demand, you will really be able to accelerate your work processes. For example, you can open documents directly from within the same applications that were used to create them. When you update a version or modify a customer letter you can save it directly back to your Xythos on Demand folder.
