Compliance Overview

Compliance has become an inescapable part of daily life. It should be no surprise, therefore, that organizations find themselves wrestling with an increasing number of compliance requirements. If these requirements were all the same type, compliance might be a simple matter of building an all-embracing system to handle all electronic information that would be subject to these rules. Unfortunately, the standards themselves are very different, complicating compliance even further.

Compliance shapes many aspects of how an organization operates, including how it manages its IT systems. Happily, the ecology of IT has evolved to the point where a new category of software applications, Basic Content Services, has evolved to meet these needs.
