Xythos Software Enters Asia Pacific Market
Partnership with Future Knowledge Consulting to Meet Growing Product Demand
SAN FRANCISCO, CA, February 4, 2003 - Xythos Software, the leading developer of Internet file management software, announced today the immediate availability of its WebFile Server and WebFile Client products to the Asia Pacific market through a partnership with Japanese IT consulting firm Future Knowledge Consulting (FKC). FKC is a leader in helping technology companies successfully introduce their products in the Asia Pacific market, with nine distribution partners throughout Asia and India. FKC has already signed a top reseller, Assist Micro, to market Xythos software in Japan.

Future Knowledge Consulting was originally formed in 2000 to help enterprise companies in Asia Pacific address and solve IT and management problems in the areas of ecommerce, telecommunication, ERP, SCM, CRM and logistics.
