The Xythos Platform
Xythos on Demand is built on top of the award-winning Xythos WebFile Server. The Xythos WebFile Server technology provides the integrated content management platform for some of the industries' leading enterprise applications including products from Blackboard and SAS. It is relied on by over 3,000,000 users worldwide to securely manage and collaborate on their important files.
The Xythos Drive (included with your Xythos on Demand account) provides WebDAV-enabled lettered-drive mapping access to your files and folders. This is the same product that is OEM'ed by vendors like Oracle and SAP who needed a more robust desktop interface to their web portals after discovering the limitations of Web Folders.
