Once you've created your contacts and groups, it is a breeze to apply access rights to any of your Xythos on Demand folders or individual files. Of course, you can just as easily change these permissions later as the need arises. Setting sharing permissions in your on Demand folders also ensures that files added later will inherit the same access rules helping to better protect your valuable information.
