Complete contest rules
Participants must provide a quote about their Xythos on Demand 2.2 experience. Customer quotes may be seen, and are not limited to: Xythos on Demand Website, press releases, advertisements, or other promotional activity. Quotes must be accepted by Xythos on Demand to be placed into the drawing.
Must be 18 years of age or older to win.
Limit one (1) entry per person per household per year.
No Purchase is necessary.
Prize Winner. The winner will be determined and the prize awarded in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of the eligible entries received.
Notification. The winner will be notified by phone and/or email based on the information provided to us. Prize must be claimed within fourteen (14) days of notification. Failure to claim prize will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected.
Void where prohibited by law. All entries not meeting the foregoing requirements are void. Xythos shall not have any obligation or responsibility with regard to entries that contain inaccurate information, do not comply with contest rules; or for technical error of any kind; for telephonic, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties.
Employees and immediate family members of Xythos, employees of competing document management companies and employees of participating giveaway sponsors are not eligible to win.
General Conditions: Enter to Win contest subject to federal, state and local laws and regulations. Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes. No transfer, substitution or cash redemption of prize permitted by winner and no more than the listed prize(s) will be awarded. Xythos reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if prize(s) is unavailable. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winners' names, photographs and likenesses, for purposes of advertising and promotion without additional compensation, and for disclosing name of winner on the website and/or by mail, unless prohibited by law.
All entries become the property of Xythos and will not be returned. Winners agree that the Xythos, its subsidiaries, affiliates, agents and promotion agencies shall not be liable for injuries, damages, or losses of any kind resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of a prize. By participating in this enter-to-win, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the judges which are final in all respects.
