Ed Miller

Mr. Miller brings 20 years of experience in the computer software industry to Xythos. As Senior Vice-President at Platinum, he managed a $300 million business unit with over 500 employees. In his time there, Mr. Miller led five acquisitions valued at over $400 million and successfully integrated the new companies into Platinum. On the product side, Mr. Miller oversaw a comprehensive integration project across seven software development labs. In 1993, Mr. Miller founded and served as President of SQL Software, Inc. which was acquired by Platinum Technology. Prior to founding SQL Software, Inc., Mr. Miller held positions at leading technology companies including Oracle Corporation and Automatic Data Processing.

Mr. Miller holds a B.S. in Business Information and Computing Systems from San Francisco State University.


Kevin Wiggen

As the CTO of Xythos, Mr. Wiggen has been responsible for the technical direction of the company since he co-founded Xythos in 1999. Before starting Xythos, Mr. Wiggen channeled his entrepreneurial talents into founding and architecting the Oracle Application's Internet products group which helped drive self-service applications to the desktops of business people worldwide. Over his 5 years with Oracle, Mr. Wiggen tested and selected frameworks, security elements, and emerging technologies for Oracle's Internet technology use in addition to serving on many of Oracle's strategic planning committees. With his unique combination of experience in both Internet and large business enterprise applications, he understands and excels in the development of large-scale, complex, and user-friendly products.

Mr. Wiggen holds a B.S. with high honors in Computer Science from the University of Illinois - Champaign/Urbana.


Barry Lind

Since co-founding Xythos with Mr. Wiggen in 1999, Mr. Lind designed and implemented the Xythos WebFile Server from inception through release in addition to leading and managing the technology organization of Xythos. Prior to starting Xythos, Mr. Lind designed and built scalable enterprise applications for Oracle and served as Chief Technology Architect for Oracle's Enterprise Applications Group. While at Oracle, he also served on Oracle's Architecture Review Board which is Oracle's most strategic and influential technology board. With more than 13 years of technology industry experience and the benefit of cross-functional experience including project management, team development, strategic development, vendor management, and product marketing, Mr. Lind lends his talents to Xythos as Chief Architect and oversees the ongoing technical strategy.

Mr. Lind holds a B.S. with honors in Economics with an emphasis in Computer Science from the California Institute of Technology.


Dane Iverson

Mr. Iverson brings substantial experience in finance and the dynamics of growing technology companies to his current role at Xythos. Mr. Iverson joined Xythos from AccuDocs LLC (since acquired by Regulus Group), where as Vice President of Strategic Development, he led a new technology product introduction involving electronic bill presentment and payment. Before joining AccuDocs, he was Chief Financial Officer of NetSchools Corporation. During his tenure at NetSchools, Mr. Iverson helped the company raise over $60 million in three private equity financings. He has also held various financial and managerial roles at other companies, including treasury and investor relations at Network Peripherals Inc., and investment banking at Lehman Brothers.

Mr. Iverson holds a B.A. in Public Policy from Stanford University.


James Till

Mr. Till began his career at Lotus Development in the early 1980's where he held a succession of field sales and channel marketing positions. Next, he helped establish the new media division for Viacom's computer publishing and entertainment subsidiaries creating a $100 million business in less than four years. Mr. Till has also lead the introduction of more than six VC-funded technology start-ups resulting in five acquisitions including mergers with Mattel, SGI, and Sony/Imagesoft. Prior to joining Xythos Mr. Till helped raise $50 million in funding and established exclusive OEM relationships with Compaq, Dell, Gateway, IBM, and Intuit at online data backup services provider SkyDesk, where he was the Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing.

Mr. Till holds a B.S. in Marketing from Northeastern University and is an active participant in the Software Publishers Association, Educause and AIIM International, where he is a frequent presenter on the subject of enterprise content management and collaboration.


Mike Winstandley

Mr. Winstandley brings 20 years of development and management experience to Xythos. As Director of Development at Kintana, he managed the entire development team for two releases of Kintana’s product. He also managed QA teams in Ukraine, Israel and the United States. Prior to Kintana, Mr. Winstandley was a development manager at Oracle where he managed a Work in Process team through a number of releases, including a product-wide technology conversion.

Mr. Winstandley holds a M.S. and B.S. in Computer Science from Stanford University.


Gary Zuckerman

Mr. Zuckerman leads the global sales team to support continued growth and expansion of distribution channels for Xythos. During the last two decades, he has successfully built and managed sales organizations, consulting organizations and industry-specific business units for technology companies. Mr. Zuckerman began his career by co-founding Parrot Technologies, the original developer of Software Video technology. Prior to joining Xythos, Mr. Zuckerman established the Insurance Industry Business Unit at Vitria Technology, which grew from 0 to contribute over 30% of the company’s revenue. As a Vice President at Platinum technology, Mr. Zuckerman oversaw the sales and consulting operations of a $40 million business unit, where he achieved a 50% increase in license revenue and a 100% increase in consulting margins.

Mr. Zuckerman holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Maryland.


Francois Hedouin

Mr. Hedouin brings 25 years of experience in the software services area and oversees the Professional Services, Technical Support and IT departments at Xythos. Prior to Xythos, he held key management positions at Siebel Systems where he oversaw multiple technical support call centers and was responsible for world wide support of the Business Intelligence products. Prior to Siebel, Mr Hedouin was at Platinum Technology and Computer Associates where he led the world wide technical support team for the AionDS expert system product suite. Mr. Hedouin has held various Software Developer and Technical consultant positions at companies such as JM. Currie and Aplon.

Mr. Hedouin holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University Of Le Havre, France.
